Brent Greuter

President

Brent Greuter is the Owner and President of Texas Contract Floors, Inc., a commercial flooring provider serving multifamily and commercial construction projects across Texas. He leads the company’s overall strategy and oversees operations, sales, financial oversight, personnel, and subcontractor management. Brent is known for his steady, hands-on leadership style and for maintaining high standards around execution, accountability, and communication across every phase of a project.

Brent’s career in the flooring industry spans decades and began at Texas Contract Floors in the late 1980s, where he worked in warehouse operations and inside sales. He went on to build experience across manufacturing, wholesale, and outside sales roles, working closely with architects, designers, builders, and construction teams. He returned to Texas Contract Floors in the mid-1990s as General Manager and acquired the company in 2004, assuming full leadership and guiding the company’s continued operational development.

Outside of work, Brent is deeply committed to family, personal integrity, and long-term stewardship. He has been married to his wife Rebecca for over 30 years and is a devoted father to their son, Gabriel. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in business leadership and is ABD (All But Dissertation). Brent is guided by principles of character, responsibility, and doing the right thing—values that shape both his leadership and the culture of Texas Contract Floors.

Isaias Garcia

Warehouse Manager

Isaias oversees warehouse operations for Texas Contract Floors, ensuring materials are received, organized, and prepared accurately for installation teams. He manages inventory flow, coordinates with vendors and project managers, and supports the scheduling needs of the field by keeping product movement efficient and reliable. His role is central to keeping jobs supplied on time and maintaining the consistency TCF projects depend on.

He began his career with TCF working alongside his older brother and later spent many years as a carpet and vinyl installer. In 2009, he transitioned into the warehouse, where he took on responsibilities as both a seller and administrator. Over the past 16 years, Isaias has contributed across multiple areas of the business, supporting warehouse operations while also assisting with job site repairs, maintenance, and cleanup as needed.

Outside of work, Isaias enjoys spending time with his two daughters and his first grandson. He stays busy with home maintenance and yard landscaping, and he and his wife operate a small, family-owned resale business on weekends.

Kevin Wetzel

Regional Operations Manager

Kevin oversees regional operations for Texas Contract Floors, drawing on more than 14 years of experience in large-scale construction management. He has led commercial, residential, and multifamily projects ranging from $1M to $75M, with responsibilities including scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and field oversight.

Before entering construction, Kevin served as an air traffic controller in the U.S. Navy, where precision, discipline, and situational awareness were non-negotiable. Those standards continue to shape his work at TCF, where he is known for steady execution, clear communication, and operational accountability.

Kevin has worked with Brent and the TCF team since 2017 and stepped into a formal leadership role in 2025. A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he enjoys golf and sports outside of work.

Rebecca Greuter

Operations & Administration / Executive Assistant

At Texas Contract Floors, Rebecca manages administrative operations, vendor coordination, internal organization, and daily communication. Her role centers on maintaining clear communication, organized workflows, and accurate administrative support across projects.

Rebecca brings 20 years of experience across customer service, distribution, veterinary medicine, funeral services, retail, and front-office operations. She has worked in order desks, claims departments, internal medicine clinics, mixed veterinary practices, and high-volume customer environments. Across those roles, she built reliable strengths in task management, troubleshooting, and working effectively with many different types of people.

She is the daughter of co-founder Mike Miller and has been connected to TCF since the early days of the company. Outside of work, she stays active in school booster programs, the Women’s Action Guild, the Education Foundation, and youth church activities. She has a strong faith, enjoys live music, sports, people watching, and is a mother to one son who is preparing to leave the nest.

Ruben Rivera

Senior Sales & Client Support

Ruben brings more than 38 years of experience in the floorcovering industry, including commercial customer service, distribution, and nearly two decades in ceramic sales. His background includes 15 years with American Olean and BPI in commercial customer service and 19 years in commercial ceramic sales, followed by outside commercial sales roles at Surface Materials. His work at TCF includes pricing coordination, product support, client training, and ensuring that installation teams are prepared with the information and materials they need. Ruben regularly facilitates new product presentations for clients, helping them stay competitive in their bids and specifications. Known for reliability and practical problem-solving, he draws on decades of field-tested experience to support both clients and internal teams.

Tim Greuter

Director of Sales & Estimating / Project Manager

Tim leads estimating and early-phase client coordination for Texas Contract Floors. He is often the first point of contact for general contractors and developers, reviewing scopes, preparing bids, and working with Brent to evaluate opportunities and secure contracts. He fields questions around pricing, tariffs, product availability, and schedules, and keeps communication clear as projects move toward approval. As TCF continues to grow, Tim’s focus remains on accurate estimating, steady negotiation, and smooth transitions into project management.

Wade Gramlich

Customer Relations

Wade supports Texas Contract Floors by maintaining the day-to-day relationships that keep projects moving smoothly and aligned with general contractor expectations. He works directly with superintendents throughout each phase of a job, checking in on progress, identifying potential issues early, and keeping communication clear on both sides. His role helps protect schedules, reinforce trust, and keep TCF connected to the field-level insight that supports long-term partnerships.

He brings more than 10 years of retail experience and eight years as a restaurant General Manager, with a strong background in leadership, operations, customer service, hiring, training, and team development. That experience supports his ability to manage fast-paced environments, solve problems efficiently, and maintain consistency across daily business functions.

Outside of work, Wade enjoys hands-on projects including carpentry and horticulture. He stays active through golf and coaching his son’s Little League teams, and he and his family are actively involved in church events and community activities.

Will Yates

Estimator

Will Yates serves as an Estimator at Texas Contract Floors, where he brings nearly three years of dedicated expertise to the team. With a sharp eye for detail and deep understanding of construction costs, Will ensures accurate project pricing and value engineering solutions for TCF’s commercial flooring projects. His comprehensive knowledge of materials, labor requirements, and project logistics makes him an essential part of delivering competitive bids while maintaining the quality standards clients expect.

Will’s two-decade career in construction has taken him through diverse roles that have shaped his comprehensive industry knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston and has built an impressive track record that includes running his own successful land clearing and remodeling companies, serving as a construction superintendent, and working as a field specialist in oilfield services with Schlumberger and Baker Hughes. This breadth of hands-on experience—from the field to the front office—gives him a unique perspective on what it truly takes to execute projects successfully.

A Houston native, Will enjoys spending his time off saltwater fishing. He also gives back to his community as a volunteer firefighter, reflecting the same dedication and service-oriented mindset he brings to his professional work every day.
